However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your book arrives damaged or if we have sent the wrong title, please email us at contact@kierstenjasmine.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of books and printed materials, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind once the order has been processed and dispatched.
